TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "the Conditions") are in relation to your use of the Order Services provided through the www.lads-mags.com (Hereinafter the "Site") website as defined below. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the Order Service. If you do not agree with these Conditions, please do not continue to use this website.

2. Basis of the Sale
By placing an order for a magazine or item you are agreeing to accept these Conditions. These Conditions, together with any other term set out elsewhere on this Site will govern and be incorporated in every Contract for the sale of items entered into between Lads Mags and you.

3. Orders
Your order is submitted to the acceptance of Lads Mags. If accepted, your order will be processed. Orders will not be accepted from anyone under 18 years except with a parent's or guardian's authorisation.

4. Returns Policy
No Right of Return applies to “the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines” therefore no returns can be accepted; however, if an obvious error has been made then we will be happy to rectify the problem – please get in contact at ladsmagsstore@gmail.com.

If you wish to return an item that is not printed media please notify us within 5 days of receipt of your order. In order to arrange a return, please email us and give us your order number, the item you are returning and the reason for the return. Goods returned should be in their original condition and packaging in which they arrived, along with a copy of the invoice or packing slip (if one has not been provided then you, the customer, will have to print one). Items should not be opened, used or damaged by you or any other party. After an inspection of the item is made a refund will be issued provided the terms of conditions have been met.

5. Terms of Payment
Lads Mags does not keep any payment details. Please read out Private Policy for further information.

All dispatched products remain the property of Lads Mags until payment is received. Remittance will not be considered as a payment until the funds are cleared in Lads Mags' or its agent's bank account. Until full payment is received, Lads Mags can request the product to be returned at the client's cost. We reserve the right to use a debt collection agency to collect payments that are not paid when due. In such case, Lads Mags can charge a flat fee of transfer to the debt collection agency.

6. Delivery
Lads Mags endeavours to deliver the items promptly. Dispatch will be sent using Royal Mail, Parcel Force or myHermes. Lads Mags is not liable for any delay in delivery howsoever caused.

7. General
Any notice required or permitted to be given either by you to Lads Mags or by Lads Mags to you under these Conditions will be in writing and/or email. A notice addressed to Lads Mags will be sent to its Customer Centre as shown on the "Contact Us" page on the Site. Any notice to be sent to you will be sent to the delivery or email address of the magazine or item specified in your order. Lads Mags will try and solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently. Any disputes arising in connection with any Contract of these Conditions shall be governed by English law.
